If you really "lost" your passport to your employer or whoever, any embassy will definitely issue you travel documents for you to go back to your country of origin.
However, you need to secure exit clearance and update your stay before leaving the Philippines. Otherwise, you will not be able to go through airport immigration.
After you go back to say China, perhaps that is the time you secure another tourist visa back to the Philippines and apply for the appropriate working visa when you are here. You can also consider retirement visa or any other form of visa.

如果您的雇主“遗失”了您的护照，任何大使馆绝对会签发旅行证件让您能够回到您的原居地的。
但是，您必须取得出境清单（exit clearance）并更新您在菲律宾的居留情况。不然机场移民局不会放行。
您回到中国后，您可以另外申请旅游签证并回到菲律宾，然后再申请适当工作签证。您也可以考虑申请退休签证或其他种类签证。
