招聘岗位 RECRUITMENT POSITION

1.Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaking) - 储备经理

Job Description:

Allows you to experience various retail-related roles (sales/merchandising/training/construction) and processes related to the smartphone industry that will prepare you to take important role in the company's retail department

Assist the Retail Director and accomplish given tasks on time

Oversee new product launching timeline and make sure all retail-related key tasks are done on time

Take part in auditing regional team's product knowledge and implementing ability improvement plans

Take part in auditing store displays and conceptualizing activities that can help improve sales

Maintain strong working relations with various internal teams, such as Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Channel

Have a clear picture of project timelines to manage the expectations of both internal and external teams, such as regional team, dealers and contractors

Have a proactive attitude in terms of anticipating concerns and coming up with solutions ahead of time

Create support and training documents for internal and external users

Develop network and provide solution proposals as needed

Qualifications:

Must be a college graduate from any management-related course and with an interest in consumer electronics particularly smartphones

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)

Exhibit strong time management and prioritization skills in order to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Independent and able to multitask, work within timelines

Highly meticulous and detail-oriented

Mature, results-driven and customer-oriented

Able to work beyond expected office hours if necessary

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Work Site: Willing to work on-site every day in BGC


2.Channel Sales Manager 渠道销售经理

Responsibilities:

Account Management

Handling and observation of day-to-day operations

Distribution of stock allocations

Monitoring and analysis of sales performance, deliveries and payments

Creation of credit memosConfirmation of billing statements

Sales Management

Daily reporting of inventory, paymenet and current sales performance

Weekly and monthly reporting of program effectiveness and team sales achievements

Creation of sales programs to help and support clients' needs

Negotiation and facilitation of sales operations

Identification and execution of growth opportunities for clients

Preferred skills:

Excellent critial thinking and problem solving skills

Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Fine attention-to-detail and analytical skills

Good time management skills and able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently


3.E-commerce Key Account Manager - 电商大客户经理

Taking ownership in planning joint business plan with E-commerce platforms team to ensure yearly and monthly target could be meet and conduct monthly business review on discussing key improvement plan on the portfolio

Works Closely with E-Commerce Lead on brand strategy not limited to GTM, channel strategy, pricing and promotion mechanics across E-commerce channel

Prepare monthly commercial plans mainly in Lazada for campaigns covered for Double Digits, Payday, BAU and new product launch

Possessed strong negotiation skills and adapt daily close working relation with platform KAM for brand visibility (Flash sales, banner slots, onsite exposure) and commercial alignment

Post mortem reviews on campaign level (Double Digit and Product Launch) and provides key learnings/ improvement plan that could be adapt in future campaigns.

Weekly stocks management (replenishment and depletion on black stocks)

Analyze the effectiveness of promotion tools (Free Shipping, CashBack, Vouchers) on the redemption and GMV contribution

Knowing the basic of digital marketing

Possessed strong data analytical skill and able to work independently under minimal supervision and in team

Work closely with Affiliate specialist in engaging Affiliate partner, KOL in achieving campaign objective (Impression, reach and sellout)

Interested in tech products


4.Audit Assistant - 审计助理

Job Description:

Chinese suppliers audit

Help supervise audit team's work

Help with basic financial works about other countries, such as invoicing

Help all countries financial improvement project

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Graduate to any financial courses

Must know how to speak in Chinese


5. Project Officer - 项目专员

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and scope documents for all marketing campaigns (brand and product)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Retail, After-Sales, Marketing) to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables and ensure they align with the overall marketing strategy

Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Identify potential brand partners and initiate discussions for mutually beneficial collaborations

Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Support the development and management of relationships with partners, including coordinating and executing partnership agreements

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to improve partnership initiatives

Conduct post-project evaluations to measure project success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or project management

3+ years of experience in project management (working in the consumer electronic industry is a bonus)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong leadership and team management skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Takes the initiative on tasks from A-Z

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


6. Multimedia Designer - 多媒体设计师

Any bachelor's degree related to video editing, animation, and graphic design

3 or more years of hands-on experience in video and static materials creation

Ability to collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and creatives lead

A well-rounded portfolio of client work that demonstrates graphic design skills and video editing.

A passion for arts and a thirst for finding ways to improve creativity and proficiency

Can adapt to a fast-paced working environment

Qualifications:

Manage and support static and video asset requests for Marketing use

Collaborate in the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns

Execute ad materials within an allotted time frame

Stay on top of the latest design trends, standards, and processes


7. Jr. Media Buy Officer - 初级媒介采购专员

Knowledge or experience in Lazada and Shopee ads operation

Knowledge or experience in Sponsored discovery monthly plan and report

Knowledge and understanding of Demo creating and be creative in PDP

Data analysis in the use of various budgets that have been set through the advertising channels specified by Lazada and Shopee

Developing a complete understanding of brand needs

Resolving ADS related issues and complaints

Anticipating key account changes and improvements. Managing communications between shopee/lazada and internal ec operation team

Strategic planning to improve ads investment results

Establishing and overseeing internal ads budgets allocation

Cross department communication, working with design, ec operation team, creative, advertising, marketing to delivery the best of the assets and support that will be needed for contributing a good ads ROI

Understanding how it works with Shopee/lazada/tiktok Mega campaign

It is a plus if he/she knows TikTok ads


8. Data Validation Specialist - 数据验证专员

Organize & analyze large amount of data with attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Perform data validation and analysis using company system

Perform financial/mathematical calculations (complex functions and analysis) using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Resolve any disputes related to sales data validation and account reconciliations

Archive and organize files according to confidentiality policies

Work with peers and other departments as needed to complete tasks

Qualifications:

Must possess Bachelor’s degree in any Business or Accounting related course

Must possess EXTREMELY HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Advanced proficiency is required for Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills

With positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility

Able to multitask in a fast-paced industry

Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig from Monday to Friday. Work from home on Saturday

Can start immediately


9. Company Nurse - 企业护士

Ensure compliance with safety and health labor laws, and internal policies

Responsible for providing first aid treatment and medication in case of injuries and accidents. If needed, must accompany the patient for hospitalization

Responsible for coordinating with the HMO provider about annual physical exams and other employee concerns

Monitor inventory of medicine and medical supplies, and in charge of the request for replenishment

Monitor and assist benefits claims of employees

Coordinate employee needs and records with the company health provider

Develop and implement health and safety programs

Develop disease prevention programs, such as smoking cessation, exercise, and healthy eating

Document all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace

Observe and assess the work environment for potential dangers and hazards

Oversee and implement emergency and disaster preparedness programs and planning

Counsel employees on physical and mental health issues and guide them on community resources and, or employee assistance programs

Monitor the health status of employees

Conduct research on the effects of hazardous work conditions and workplace exposures, which may include gathering data and reporting findings to the employer

Other HR and Admin Task that may be assigned

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Must be a Registered Nurse and with valid license with 1-2 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety

BOSH and OSHA certification is a plus

Knowledgeable in Admin and Human Resource Management is a plus

Proficient in using MS Office software, i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook

Has strong interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and communicate with staff with different beliefs, attitudes, and personalities

Excellent administrative skills

Has a strong work ethic and integrity, is flexible and goal oriented, and has leadership and coaching skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Able to multitask.

Has the ability to handle multiple competing high priority tasks

Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Has the ability to complete work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work with minimum supervision
