Open Positions (Filigree)


01 Property Specialist

Job Overview:

Responsible for marketing FAI's real estate portfolio (condo, lots, office, and commercial lots).


Responsibilites:

Prospect for qualified clients and conduct project presentations to meet performance standards or monthly quota.

Develop digital marketing materials, adhering to the company's social media policies, to promote FAI projects.

Promote and undertake the sale of FAI projects at such prices, terms, and conditions as may be prescribed by the company.

Provide consistent updates to clients on promo terms, discounts, price increases, and other relevant information.


Qualifications:

Graduate of any 2yr/4yr course -at least 72 units in college

Good communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated and customer-oriented

hrives under pressure and embraces challenges

Experience in real estate sales or any sales industry is preferred but not required

Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply!



02 Sales Manager


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including recruitment and training of Property Specialists, to achieve sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Property Specialists

Assist in the negotiation and closing of property sales deals, ensuring the best outcome for both the client and the company.

Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals

Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships to drive repeat business


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

Good communication and negotiation skills

Proven leadership experience in a real estate sales environment. This includes managing a team of real estate agents, setting goals, and guiding them to success.

Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, clients, and other industry stakeholders.

Can recruit 3-5 Property Specialists prior to on-boarding.


03 Sales Director

Job Overview:

The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth together with Filinvest Alabang Inc. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate market in the Philippines, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1.) Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the real estate sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.


2.) Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Identify new opportunities and markets for business expansion.


3.) Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


4.) Sales Planning and Execution:

Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet company objectives.

Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales efforts.


5.) Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics.

Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market and industry regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.

Preferably licensed real estate broker.
