Approach the Chinese Embassy again. Request for a travel document and use the travel document to go back to China. Unless you want to stay in the Philippines for good, then hire a lawyer and fight the case in the prosecutor level. Ask for dismissal. Good luck!

thank you for the advice.but i am already over stay.because tryed hard to release my passport and visa.but failed.and so i can't extend the visa.therefore.the immagration offerer write a volt on my visa.so if even if i get the travel documents .i still can't go because of the "VOLT",i will be stop in the airport.so that is why i can't go without finish the defence.and the prosecutor in the DOJ of passy city hall warned me after get the dirty money.if i report him,he will prosecut me siad i am distroy him.i think because i don't have recipt and a record of it.so it is so hard to report him.and they just put off the hearing again and again.even know that i am already over stay.and want more money from me.i think there is no justice in a such currupt goverment like that.i am really so tired of this.this is the worst experience of my life.and i don't know what will going on.when the case.can come to the end.thank you so much Mr 洪。

hello Mr洪，and i already don't have money to hire a lawer for the coming hearing .i am living in my girlgriends family.it is them are support me.or maybe i wil die here because my visit visa is not allowed to find a job.or the bussiness.can you give me some advice again.thank you so much .MR洪
