洪律师，你好！咨询一下关于外国人在菲律宾结婚的婚姻问题，在菲律宾注册结婚的外国人要结束婚姻程序该怎么走？

If your country has divorce, just file for a divorce in your own country. Your Philippine spouse will be entitled also to become single once your divorce is approved. If you would file it in the Philippines, I dont think it would be granted since we do not have divorce. But you can file for an annulment. Its more or less similar to a divorce.
