Hi, technically it is the duty of the applicant to secure his or her own occupational permit. After all, they are the ones seeking an employment. In fact, the employer could not help them secure it because it requires the applicant to provide individual information and data, as well as nbi or other clearances.
Having said that, there is no law that will prevent the employer from reimbursing or subsidizing the employee for the cost of securing such permit/s.
