李丽丝想买几件衣服，所以陈美丽提议去百货商店。
Gusto ni Chris bumili ng ilang damit, kaya nag-alok si Mary na pumunta sa department store.
Chris wants to buy some clothes, so Mary suggests to go to the department store.

Chris Lee：Ang init ng panahon nitong mga nakaraang araw, gusto kong bumili ng ilang bagong damit.
李丽丝：最近天气好热，我想买几件新衣服。
Chris Lee：It’s so hot these days. I want to buy some new clothes.

Init：热
Panahon：天气
Nitong nakaraang araw：这几天，最近
Bago：新
Damit：衣服

Mary Chen：Punta tayo sa SM Department Store. Maraming damit doon na may tatak.
陈美丽：那我们去SM百货商店吧，那里有很多名牌的衣服。
Mary Chen：Let’s go to the SM Department Store. There are many branded clothes there.

Tatak：牌子、品牌

在百货商店。
Sa Department Store.
At the Department Store.

Chris Lee : Anong damit ang magandang bilhin?
李丽丝：买什么衣服比较好呢？
Chris Lee：What clothes should I buy?

Bili / Bibili / Bilhin：买

Mary Chen：Mukhang maganda ang paldang ito.
陈美丽：这条裙子看起来不错。
Mary Chen：This skirt looks nice.

Palda(ng)：裙子
Mukha(ng)：看起来，也有”脸”的意思

Chris Lee：Oo nga, pwede ko bang isukat?
李丽丝：是啊，我可以试穿吗？
Chris Lee：Yeah, can I try it?

Sukat：试穿（动词），也作“尺寸”（名词）

Mary Chen：Nandoon banda ang sukatan.
陈美丽：试衣间在那里。
Mary Chen：The fitting room is over there.

Sukatan：试衣间（名词），也作动词“量（尺寸）”
