请问店员要求老板签工作证明怎么处理?

签要注意什么？担心工作证明上的实际工作时期长会让她有向劳工部投诉的机会漏洞，有没有什么别的没什么法律责任的替代文件给她？还有担心如果别的店员也要求签那会没完没了，只是一个山顶小店。
