I would never suggest that you use any dummy in registering a company. That would be against the anti- dummy law. However, for any reason should you need to use another person to represent you ( say you are always abroad ), remember to have at least the following documents signed by your proxy: Declaration of Trust, Special Power of Attorney and /or Usufructuary Agreement. These documents will protect the principal, which is you!
