在菲律宾开KTV需要什么手续跟证明文件吗

在马尼拉开KTV，除了菲律宾政府规定的公司手续外，关于曲库的版权许可（都是中英文歌曲，没有菲语），歌曲的放映权以及传播权这些需不需要另外申请？怎么申请？

Hi, there is no separate licensing for the songs since the supplier of your ktv equipment should have the rights to the songs. Anyhow, the use of those songs are only limited inside your ktv premises among families and friends and there is no ticket sales. Plus the ktv songs are only supplied with the tune and you are the one singing. So no problem..



你好，歌曲不需要另外申请播放权和放映权了，因为你的KTV设备应该要有曲库版权了。但是无论如何，这些歌曲只能在你与家人和朋友之间的私人KTV场所里面使用，并且不能收取门票。再来，ktv的歌曲只有伴奏，并且是你自己唱。所以没问题。

这个设备里面的歌曲供应商确实有版权，但是它的版权在中国，不在菲律宾，我打算开像timezone里面的那种ktv包房，收取费用的，所以需要这方面的许可证，洪律师懂得申请这方面的证件吗？
