3.association dues 管理费(合同里经常会出现这个词)
4.Is the apartment furnished? 公寓有家具吗？(没有家具unfurnished)
5.i just got there a couple of days ago, i don't have bank account yet，so i can't issue you a check. ( issue a check 菲律宾很常用意思是开支票)
6.renew renew the lease or renew the contract.
7.renovation renovate装修
8. parking space or parking lot. 停车位
(额外补充 代客泊车 valet parking,一般大酒店会有这种停车形式)
