请问洪律师和各位

我想问一下，我想让我的爸妈和女儿过年来菲律宾玩半个月，由爷爷奶奶带她过来，父母不陪同，请问要如何办理签证和各种手续？

不就是普通的旅游签证

未成年入境菲律宾非常麻烦，需要父母签切结书才能办签证，并且入境还需要缴纳一笔保证金，大概100多美金，不退还的。

以上是没有父母任一方陪同的情况！

没有父母陪同，入境比较难哦

Hi, there is no problem if the child is above 15 years of age. If the child is below 15, just inform immigration that the child is travelling to the Philippines to see the parent.

Actually, the issue is usually with the airline. If the airline allows the child to board, there should be no problem if the child is accompanied by the grandparents.

嗨，如果小孩是15岁以上，那就没有问题。如果孩子在15岁以下，只要通知移民局称，小孩前往菲律宾看望父母。事实上，这个问题通常与航空公司有关。如果航空公司允许儿童在爷爷奶奶的陪同下登机，那应该是没有问题的。
