On the other hand, there is no ground also for you to sue them unless you have proof of the identities of these people who are carrying out these "grave threats" against you. You might want to start with reporting the incident to the NBI cybercrime division. Entrap these people who are harassing and threatening your safety! Allow them to download and record those conversations that are criminal in nature. Then, file a case with the Prosecutor's office.
