中介不退押金

你好，想咨询咨询了房租但是还没到期中介说要解约，但是我们之间有agreement，说他要退我两个月押金。中介就开了两张PDC给我但是被银行退回来了，因为账户里没钱。现在找中介不接电话也不回短信，想要发给她NOTICE OF DISHONOR AND DEMAND FOR PANYMENT又没有她的地址，请问这种情况该怎么办？

是中介，房东一直没联系

那个中介啊，你直接爆出来啊，怕个啥，，，，直接去找

这边的中介就是这么坑，我家的也被押了6万P，也是一毛都没退回给我们！

说明这中介太坑了，异国他乡还老坑同乡，在以前这种人是要浸猪笼的

Hi, you may file a case against the issuer of the check under Batas Pambansa No. 22 ( BP 22 ) or the bouncing check law. However, BP 22 requires a notice of dishonor to the drawer of the check.  It is your responsibility to know where the drawer of the check resides or holds office.  After all, how can you deal with somebody whom you do not know his place of residence or office?

If you really cannot find the drawer's address, try verifying with the bank if they will disclose this information to you.  Tell them the check drawn has bounced.  Be ready to be rejected on your request by the bank, on the basis of bank secrecy law.


你好，你可以向出票人进行起诉，基于国家法律第22条（BP22)或者跳票法。总之，BP22要求出票人收到跳票通知。出票人的居住地址或办公室地址是你需要提供的，属于你的责任。毕竟你怎么有办法对付一个你不知道居所和办公室地址的人？

如果你真的无法找到出票人的地址，尝试与银行核对，如果银行会向你开放这些信息。告诉他们支票被退回了。不过做好被银行拒绝的准备，基于银行保密法。
