请问马来西安人到菲律宾工作

如果申请中途有事要回国就需要1-3个月时间来拿回护照

没有这回事，申请工作证是需要点时间，大概是需要一个星期左右时间吧，菲律宾政府是不会扣押你的护照这回事。当你拿到护照后，你可以随时进出菲律宾的。

The Department of Labor and the Bureau of Immigration may need a foreigner's passport in order to process his 9g Working Visa and Alien Employment Permit.  However, the passport of the foreigner will not be withheld by the authorities, unless for violations of other immigration rules.
