想租ㄧ塊地去辦夜市、市集，然後招攤位進來擺攤，這樣申請的文件ㄧ樣是獨資、公司或合夥這三者之一嗎？

Foreigners are allowed to rent vacant land. There is no need for local participation if the land is only rented. Of course, if you are engaged in business, you would rather form a corporation to protect yourself in case the business did not go well..



外籍人士只可以出租空置的土地。如果土地只是要租用，就不需要本地人的参与。当然，如果你从事商业，你宁愿组建一个公司来保护你自己，以防业务不顺利。
