关于SSS的问题

洪律师好，是这样的，我家有个菲律宾人帮佣，人老实挺可靠的也在我加工作了三年多了，我们想给这个帮佣办SSS，请问我家没有营业执照也没店等等的，能给他办一个SSS吗？

Yes, puede.  In fact the "kasambahay law" requires all households to enroll their maids and helpers with SSS and to make the necessary contributions. In case there is any emergency, the employee is already covered.  This is also beneficial to the employer, since you wouldn't have to be responsible for lending money to the maid..

是的，可以。事实上根据“家庭法”（"kasambahay law"）的要求，每个业主都应该为家里的佣人或者助手提供SSS并给予必要的补助。如果有任何紧急情况发生，您的佣人将受到SSS的保护。这对于雇主来说也是获利的，因为你将不需要借钱给佣人。

你好洪律师，我听有些人说马尼拉工人的最低工资需要到400多比索每天，但是我们家里帮佣每天给的工资只有给260提供吃饭和住宿，这算不算违反法律？  如果算违反法律了是不是就不能给工人开SSS账号了？
